Lately,

What I had been up to:
  1. Watching a lot of South Park.
  2. Swimming at a lake. Rather floating around.
  3. I've finally decided to take PR as my major instead of Communication. And I registered Management as my minor.
  4. I've not been cooking that much, it's hard to cook for one person.
  5. Tag along with my friends when they went hunting. Nearly killed deers!
  6. At a friend's high school graduation party, played Poker for the first time and got into the final round. Of course, didn't win... but I got 3rd.
  7. First time, intentional sunbathing. I still think that I look better being fair.
  8. Spend some time at the pool.
  9. Had grill burgers and sausages a few times.
  10. Went to Island Fest and Blue's Fest.
  11. Bought a D&G handbag, light silvery-orange liquid glow in the dark bowl and a green Shisha from Island Fest.
  12. Bought myself a nice ALDO slipper, an ELLE sunglasses a few tops and dresses.
  13. Went to Binder Zoo.
  14. Watched a baseball game in Kalamazoo.
  15. Shop at Grand Rapids mall.
  16. Saw the beautiful fireworks at South Haven for the 4th July celebration.
  17. Went to Chicago to cut my hair and bought teh tarik packets.
  18. Watched the beautiful stars up on the sky at my balcony.
  19. Sat around a bond fire.
  20. Finished my Summer 1 subjects but still having Summer 2.
  21. Got 100% for my research paper, for the first time.
  22. I'm trying to move out from my apartment a.s.a.p.

What I've learned:
  1. I will not take any more bull-crap from my housemate. I've learned that in life, you don't need to stand up and face everything when it's not worth it. The funny thing is that just ignoring never came as an option to me until lately. It's alright to not care. Just shut the fella outta my face and walla, it's so easy coz I don't need to deal with him anymore.
  2. If it's not a big deal, the best way around it is to let it go. *Depends on situations. Not everything is done intentionally, accidents may happen.
  3. Try to stay cool and calm, it helps.
  4. Try to be positive. It's not easy coming from a cynical person like me. Telling myself that it's a good day when I wake up in the morning do me no harm.
  5. Some times, it's alright to try new things out coz you will never know if you like it or not. Being a city girl, I came here and did some things that I never thought that I would ever do in my life... like swimming in a lake, or hunting.
  6. No matter where I am, I will still miss my home, family, friends and my 2 stupid dogs.
  7. Nothing beats Malaysian food.

I want to
  1. learn to fish.
  2. relax and enjoy life.
  3. be more positive.

I am
  1. going to avoid drinking liquor here in USA when I'm able to. Bad experience, don't really wanna repeat it again.
