I miss SP. Really.

I was sitting in the car just now, on the way back home, after having steamboat dinner with my family. It was raining and I was looking out of the window. It suddenly strike me that I've been away from 'home' for a long time. No, not the one in Cheras that I'm currently staying now but I was referring to Seri Petaling. The place where I grew up and spend 18 years of my life, the place I call "mine".

I remember...
- I used to know everyone staying at the same 'jalan' that I was staying.
- walking to primary school, taking the short cut where the 'lalang' / grass is quite 'tall'.
- I would wake up at 7:15am when primary school starts at 7:35am.
- the first and only time I sat at the back of a guy's bicycle (neighbor). I was so shy when he ask me to hold his waist so that I wouldn't fall off when he starts cycling.
I used to...Yeah, as you will realize by now that I used to walk to everywhere I wanted to go in Seri Petaling.
- walk (from my house) to Carrefour, Endah Parade just to have a break.
- walk to tuition at the next road.
- wait for the clock to strike 5:30pm EVERY weekday to go out and play with my neighbors, if NOT, they would come knocking on my door asking me to come out and play with them.
I miss...
- the Tuesday pasar malam. I used to be so disappointed when it rains on a Tuesday evening because that means that I wouldn't be able to go pasar malam later.
- my previous house, my previous room.
Some things change...
- the fun times I had at the fun fair that comes once in a while and play Bumper Car with Michelle. The empty field is now a The Store supermarket -.-
- I remember how I used to walk (from my house) to my previous church every Saturday for Youth Fellowship and Sunday for Main Service.
Now, as I close my eyes and think back the rest of the memories I've not stated here... I've come to a conclusion that I really really miss Seri Petaling.

Back to where I was, in the car... I sms-ed one of my friend...
Hey CF, if it's not raining one of this Tuesdays... before I leave for USA, I might be coming back to SP pasar malam. Would you be there?
If it's not raining and if the time is right, I'll see you then.
I miss SP. Really.
Hey, I'm sure it miss you too...
I smiled when I received his reply. Although I know that it's realistically impossible for 'a place' to miss me, I understood what he meant. Thank You, CF.
I also miss the time I used to bumped into you and your friends at the pasar malam :p
