Single and loving it.

I told him that I would blog about this topic since... Valentines day is approaching and it's been some time since I wanted to talk about me being contented with my single life, hence this post came up.
First, it's good that people actually understand that I like being single. Coz it's pathetic when friends would actually pity me for not having a boyfriend. I mean, being single and lonely mah... kan kesian? Bah~ Not having a boyfriend means I'm free and easy. I go out with whoever I like without having the slightest concern of thought - "would my boyfriend like it or not?" kinda thing. My life is stressful enough, I don't need more stress in thinking stuffs like these, at the mean time, thank you. I don't like getting tied down, and it's already very obvious to those that knows me personally.
There were even times when people actually thought that I am jealous of others that are in a relationship. Mainly, when I show my disapprove against guys that holds their girlfriend's handbag. I mean, please for-gods-sake, guys don't go looking like a bloody ego-less sissy. And girls don't complain that the handbag is heavy, if it is, then take the unneeded stuffs out of the bag before you go out and meet your boyfriend. If you choose to put THAT many heavy things in it, then go carry your own bloody heavy handbag. It's YOUR choice anyway. See...? In situations like these, people would assume that I'm bitter over not having a boyfriend to care and show love by carry my handbag. In real fact, I carry a big CarloRino bag with a lot of rubbish inside from make up stuffs to my sweater to my mp3 to my second mobile phone and lots more in it. Did I ever ONCE let a guy carry my handbag? NO and NEVER. Even if the guy is shamelessly lost his ego, my ego would be too big to walk next to him if he holds my handbag. Fine, I do have big ego and I don't fancy guys that don't have much of an ego for himself either. So yeah, that comes back to the topic, I am not jealous, I just look down on guys like that...
"Don't you get lonely? You wouldn't have anyone to turn to during those lonely nights." They say. Hah! Fuck you la... LONELY?!? If I have a boyfriend, I only have ONE guy to turn to during those 'lonely' nights. If I DON'T have a boyfriend, I have MANY choices of guys to turn to. I find my second option more appealing.
Oh well, I guess that's all that I'm willing to share about myself at the mean time.
and No, I didn't say that I'm not interested in being in a relationship. Also, in my opinion, both situations (being in a relationship and being single) has it's own happiness element in it. It's just that I'm very happy with my current situation and I don't want anything to change just yet.
