Money doesn't ALWAYS buy happiness.
Sunday, 17 February 2008
Being a realistic person, I had always thought that money could buy happiness, which - to a very far extend proven itself to be very right.
It was not until today that I learned something new, that the happiest moments in life does not necessarily involve money. I don't know how others perceive happiness, but I am really happy, for once, today.

Who would have thought that just by bringing Esther to AD Park in the evening to watch the blue sky turn dark would make her this happy?Somehow that was just all I wanted, a long time desire to feel the peace around me, the calm breeze brushing along my cheeks and hair.

Lying on the rock; looking up into the starry sky, occasionally noticing fireworks shoot up, having small talks, making each other laugh, getting to know you a little more.
I couldn't have ask for more.
Since I'm generally not a happy person, today is a big deal for me
It started when Freethinker gave me a wake up call at 8am and came over an hour after that to send me to the saloon.
Then, as promised, we had our lunch at KFC, The Curve!
We then went and watch Cj7. Freethinker was laughing throughout the whole show... I guess I am not really a fan of Stephan Chow as I didn't really find that many scenes in the movie funny -.-
We check out the Cupcake Chic (I just realized that Raising Mercury did blog about it before) after the movie...
Freethinker had something on his mind at that time... he just couldn't let go the thought that someone from that shop doesn't like KFC!
I love this top! Got it from SugarPoppins :)

Looks fancy from the outside ...

Looks fancy from the inside...

So we thought.. why not try?
I went and buy 2 cupcakes to try

This cupcake is delicious!
Freethinker taking a pic of the cupcakes.
(HE always take pictures of his food... but never post them up wan.. haha :p)Then, he insisted on getting me to try the cupcake that he ate and bought another pair...

But I didn't really like the taste of it...
We have different taste!2 cupcakes per person is more than enough
Freethinker couldn't even finish his 2nd cupcake and we skip dinner -.-
Since I liked the 1st cupcake I ate, I decided to buy another 4 of them back home :)

Freethinker not looking at the camera wan...
(MUST BE dreaming of the 'teacher in white cheong sam' from CJ7 movie :p)

Now, as I eat my 'Guai Ling Go' (this time without the honey syrup) and blog, I smile.
